10.0Great staff - so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in an great location with the Lau Pa Sat right outside. Hotel room has everything you need, even a Dyson hairdryer.

8.0Location excellent . Staff so helpful and friendly, particularly desk staff and Julianna who greeted us with a smile and chat before cleaning our room.
