Una mala estadía a pesar de la buena ubicación del hotel
3.0La ubicación es bastante buena, al costado de una avenida, lo que facilita el movilizarse en auto a cualquier sitio.
− La atención del personal no fue buena, poco amables e indiferentes. La habitación no fue limpiada entre la primera y la segunda noche, al reclamar por esta situación hubo respuestas contradictorias, primero, que las habitaciones se limpiaban cada tres días, después, que hubo un error. En cuanto al desayuno, poco variado y el segundo día con menos cosas porque se les habían acabado (específicamente el yoghurt). Finalmente, se cobró más de lo que decía la reserva por Booking, porque la segunda noche fue más cara que la primera , al consultar el motivo me indicaron que se cobraba en función de qué tan lleno estuviera el hotel.
