Great hotel, but not a comfortable stay.
5.0Staff were lovely and friendly. I had a Caesar salad for dinner and it was really well presented and tasted great.
− The beds. I’ve stayed here multiple times and the beds are so worn and uncomfortable that I always wake up sore and struggle to sleep. Unfortunately, I will have to pass on staying here again after a sleepless night again.

− I would have liked a soap dish or somewhere to put the soap, also our room didn’t have any tissues. I understand that we were in an entertainment room but I feel like one brighter light would have been better rather than lots of different lights. Also I feel like a proper fridge would be better than a drinks fridge especially when there is the ability to cook/heat up food etc. in the rooms.

− The reception staff are rude and lazy. Everything was to hard. They couldn't even acknowledge us when we checked in. When asked a question about the check in she was to busy on the internet on the computer. I can't remember the last time I was treated like that at a reception of a hotel. On the Saturday night I was once again ignored at reception when I wanted to order some room service for 10 minutes. They delivered my meal with no cutlery, no salt and pepper or the sauce I ordered. When I rang reception the told me they would sort it out. They delivered the cutlery without the sauce and salt and pepper. I rang reception to let them know and they informed me the kitchen had just closed and they couldn't help me. I rang the kitchen and they sorted it out. By the time this was all sorted my $60 steak was cold and uneditable. When I told reception the next day, they looked at me as if who gives a shit. It was overall an very ordinary experience dealing with them and it ruined our stay. My google review with reflect our experience
