This hotel was excellent
10.0The pools, the rooms, the food, the cafes, the sunsets… the customer service from Mr Ahmed and Mr Eslam in the dining room and Mr Korolos by the pools was outstanding. We used the gym and had a day out on quad bikes which was a lot of fun. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

10.0We enjoyed our stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Makadi Bay. The hotel staff are very kind and provided excellent service. All meals were delicious and the open buffet contained a great variety of different dishes. The pools and beach were very convenient for swimming.
− Sometimes vendors insisted too much to sell extras but there was a red flag system to avoid it. It is good to know that in advance. At the end we enjoyed some extras like semi sub-marine and desert safari tour.

10.0The true heart of this renovation is its team—from the lobby to housekeeping. They’re an incredible group of people. I have the deepest respect for everyone who works there; they put their hearts and souls into it. The restaurant manager was very kind and always kept the situation under control; what’s more, he worked side by side with his team—that’s truly admirable. A special thanks to Ahmet, the waiter at the beach bar. He’s an incredibly tactful, well-mannered, and hardworking guy. He deserves a promotion—he has real potential. Thank you to the entire team for all your hard work.
− A very pushy photographer who has no sense of boundaries or how to interact with guests... a really unpleasant guy. He ruined our first impression.
