− O hotel precisa ser detetizado. Ha presença de insetos nos quartos. Encontrei uma aranha.

− Não gostei de recepção, da acomodação pois o colchão estava afundando e tenho dor na coluna, pedi para trocar de quarto não atenderam, chuveiro não esquentou tivemos que tomar banho gelado, eu reclamei e não resolveram o problema. A mulher da recepção todo dia cobrava a gente pela diária do dia, sendo que os melhores hotéis do Brasil a gente acerta na saída. Saímos antes do dia e não devolveram a diária. Hotel longe de tudo!! nossa estadia em Porto Alegre foi traumatizante.

8.0O café da manhã é ótimo, os colaboradores são gentis. Tudo que solicitei foi atendido. É um hotel simples, que vale exatamente o que você está pagando, sem luxos.
− Estava muito frio e o ar condicionado não era muito potente. Tinha cobertores a mais pelo menos. E poderia ter mais toalhas a disposição no banheiro (só tem uma).
