10.0La ubicación es espectacular, el apartamento es precioso. La atención del personal es excelente. El apartamento es muy cómodo, amplio y la terraza maravillosa. Isaac siempre está pendiente, responde de inmediato, muy amable.
The apartment was exactly as described.

1.0Well, honestly, we didn't stay at the property because when we arrived, there were repairman in the room trying to repair the air conditioning. To add to that the property was advertised that you have two bedrooms sleeps 4 two queen beds, two double beds. That was not the case. There was one queen bed, and two children's beds in the other bedroom.
− Obviously what I did not like is that the property was misrepresented on the Internet again the advertisement on the Internet said two bedrooms sleeps four first bedroom, two queen beds second bedroom two double beds. There was only one queen bed in the first bedroom and two children's beds in the second bedroom which made, the choice easy to move on and find another location which one's up costing me double because I was already in country. I requested a full refund from American Express which I expect they will honor since I was on the phone with them live at check-in.
Cozy well-decorated apartment with a stunning seaview
9.0There is absolutely you may need in this apartment - from wine corkscrew and two types of coffee machines to towel-dryer and use-chargers for all types of devices. There is also a lot of decor, which makes the apartment ultimately cozy und comfortable. The property has a private beach, a water pool, and, the most important, has stunning seaside view. Definitely worth to stay!
− People on the reception had no idea about my arriving, the security did not let me enter. I had no internet connection to show my reservation to security and they refused to provide me with Wi-Fi. Also, one of the bathrooms got clogged, and nobody came until our check-out, so we had to live all time long with one of the toilets clogged.
