4.0hotel vecchio. Ha bisogno di rimodernata. Camere spaziose ma arredamento vecchio e semplice. Materasso scomodo. Bagno vecchio: acqua calda dopo 10 min di rubinetto aperto.Ristorante vecchio e sempre vuoto: servizio inadeguato. Colazione insufficiente con macchine caffè rotte (da tempo chiaramente dal cartello stantio sopra). Personale annoiato. Posizione inaccessibile alle auto ma molto bella.

6.0Отель расположен в центре Казани в начале улицы Баумана. Расположение удобное. Это все преимущество. Отель не соответствует 3 звёздам. За день предоставляют набор зубной щетки и пасту. Номера уже сильно истрепанные, ковровые покрытия затерты и не как будто не мылись годами. Мебель побита. В туалете стоит застоявшийся запах канализации.

10.0Цена соответствует качеству! Очень милый и приветливый персонал! Чисто, уютно и тепло в номерах! Это важно для холодной зимы;) расположение отеля очень удобное: рядом Торговый центр, метро и это центр)))
