− Esperava mais dos quartos, ficamos no segundo andar e minha mãe sofreu a viagem inteira com a rinite alérgica por causa do mofo que tinha no teto e o guarda roupa fedia a mofo também, esperamos mais do café da manhã tinha poucas variedades, por termos pago um valor alto esperávamos quartos limpos sem mofo e um café colonial.

− Minha única reclamação é sobre os cobertores. Estavam com um cheiro que não era agradável e tinha tufos de cabelo presos ao tecido. Preferi não usar. Fora isso, tudo maravilhoso.

If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
