10.0This year felt like they've finally got it all together. We had no issues and reception was smooth despite at least half the staff being the same as last year. The dining hall manager is very chatty. The rooms are very warm, as is of course the fabulous pool. The mayan room suits us with young children - the main room has a big and comfortable super double bed, and the kid's 'bedroom' is a mezzanine with no wall partition, hanging over with 2 singles (pushed together) for a 'sleepover'. I'm not sure it would suit older teenage kids, and possibly neither would the bathroom which is broadly visible from the bed.
Excellent combination between ski and relax time!
10.0We spent the Christmas holidays at this hotel with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for skiing, which made everything very convenient. The hotel itself is very charming and welcoming. The staff is professional and attentive, with a special mention to the bartenders who were very caring and friendly ( Gabriel and Frank) . Reception was fast and efficient, which we really appreciated, especially during the busy holiday period. The spa is amazing, offering a great range of saunas and baths — a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. Breakfast was correct and met our expectations. Overall, it’s a great place to spend time with kids or as a couple. We would definitely recommend it for a relaxing ski holiday.

10.0Beautiful Mountain View’s from a spacious balcony, lovely room with large soaking tub and shower, and lovely common ares. The spa was fantastic.

10.0Séjour exceptionnel aux 4 Vallées Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable à l’Hôtel 4 Vallées à Nendaz. L’accueil était chaleureux, la chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une vue magnifique sur les Alpes. Le spa est un véritable havre de paix, et la gastronomie locale est délicieuse. Le personnel est attentif et professionnel, rendant notre séjour parfait. Une adresse incontournable pour profiter des montagnes suisses en tout confort.
