9.0The place is clean, the staff exceptional especially Agus there was problem with our room when we arrived and Agus went out of his way to put things right and he did swiftly. Very rooms all you needed close to shops bars restaurants etc will stay again
− One thing for older people a bit of a problem getting in and out of the pool with no steps or handrails, there is a step but it high from the bottom and low from the top

8.0Really cool area tucked away in Kuta but not far from airport. Staff were exceptional as the other reviews say. Guy at the door didn’t hesitate to grab my bag and take it up to the room. Room was basically but clean. Nice double bed and an ensuite. Well worth the price and a great place to stay on your first night in Bali.
