10.0We went to the restaurant for lunch and it was undoubtedly one of the best degustation menu offered anywhere on the island. the place is beautiful and our attendant, Daniel, was pleasant and incredibly helpful. thank you!

− Una hacienda del siglo XVIII decorada con un recargo que me pareció excesivo. (Pero los gustos son libres) Podía haber sido una agradable experiencia por el entorno pero al llegar se truncó. He ido por trabajo, tenía 2 habitaciones por el precio de 420€!!, le pido la factura a la persona de recepción y me dice que hasta pasados 15 días no me la puede dar, -por qué? Le pregunto Hasta que booking no nos pague. Mi asombro no daba crédito, intenté razonar con esta persona explicándole que para mí era necesaria la factura, que ese no era mi problema, que la emisión de la factura no suponía el pago de la misma, dándole todos los argumentos que podía darle y su respuesta fue que ya me mandaría la factura por email en 15 días cuando recibieran el pago de booking. No entiendo que un alojamiento que quiere dárselo de “top” tenga este comportamiento con el cliente. Si no se fía de booking que no ofrezca el alojamiento. Me pareció de tan mal gusto que me hizo no apreciar las instalaciones. Duermo en hoteles decenas de veces al año por trabajo y nunca me había pasado esto.

10.0Todo, la hacienda, los jardines, la decoración, el restaurante, la paz y tranquilidad que se disfruta. Pero sobre todo el magnífico trato del personal, muy amable y profesional. Te hacen disfrutar de una estancia que te deja gamas de volver lo antes posible.
