4.0It is in dire need of a refurbishment. The walls need re-painting. New furniture is needed. I had a wardrobe where one of the doors was non existent because it was broken & a broken leg on a stool. The wind was very strong & blowing through the windows. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

6.0The general area around the hotel was old and a bit untidy. St Leonard's itself is not a great location for travellers. Our room was large and OK but the hotel was a bit rundown. Breakfast was only available on the week-end.

6.0The property was of a poor standard for the cost of the room. No washing products were in the bathroom. The toilet flush was broken. The window vibrated when you moved in the room.

6.0Could really do with some repairs and more attention to detail on the cleanliness. Noisy bed frames, creaky floorboards, a horrible damp smell, broken shower door handle, really old and damaged shower head, cracks on walls and the bathroom floor was lifting up. Staff was attentive and the location was ok, but overall not a great stay.
