We had a nice relaxing stay.
9.0Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Front desk maintained composure when I was becoming a bit grumpy while trying to access the property. I had not received the code earlier, probably due to travel and loss of WiFi. Contacted us about a canal boat ride excursion, which we accepted and were very pleased with. We thought it was a good value/fair price. All were helpful giving info about transportation. Marco gave excellent info on the boat to the airport.
− Providing a breakfast would be ideal for guests, but understandable that the property probably isn't suited for it.

− Leider sehr eng und verwinkelt mit steilen Treppen, wenig natürliches Tageslicht, zu viele Spiegel, kein Frühstück, Eintritt mit Code, Rezeption nicht dauerhaft besetzt

9.0We arrived in the early hours of the morning and had no trouble accessing entry via key code. And then the desk was good enough to store our luggage (lots -sorry) for the day. Very accommodating
