Pretty nice if you’re not a light sleeper!
6.0Nice enough room. Really quite nice bathroom with heated floor great wet room rain shower. Nice receptionists. Handy for the tube and whatnot.
− Noisy street (rowdy people, cars, sirens). Little soundproofing. Every little noise in corridor heard in room and most from outside. Thin pillows all the same thickness etc. Not much place-space for your stuff. No decaf drink options in room. Polyester sheets maybe?

Perfekte Lage für einen London-Trip – komfortabel und überraschend ruhig!
9.0Wir haben für drei Nächte im W12 Hotel übernachtet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Top-Lage & Anbindung: Die Lage direkt an der Station Shepherd’s Bush ist genial. Vom Flughafen aus erreicht man das Hotel super bequem mit nur einmal Umsteigen, und auch in die Innenstadt kommt man schnell und unkompliziert. Umgebung: In der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten – das grosse Einkaufszentrum Westfield gleich um die Ecke ist ein echtes Plus. Ruhe & Komfort: Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war es im Hotel erstaunlich ruhig und wir konnten jede Nacht hervorragend schlafen. Ausstattung: Die Zimmerausstattung ist zwar eher überschaubar, aber absolut funktional (kleiner Schreibtisch mit Kühlschrank darunter, Stuhl und Garderobe). Ein persönliches Highlight war definitiv die Fussbodenheizung im Badezimmer!
− WLAN: Leider hat das WLAN an zwei von drei Tagen nicht funktioniert, was etwas ärgerlich war. Zugang: Nach oben führt nur eine recht enge Treppe. Das wird in der Hotelbeschreibung zwar bereits erwähnt, ist mit schwerem Gepäck aber dennoch gut zu wissen.

8.0Behjelpelige ansatte, rent, og sentral beliggenhet som gjør det enkelt å komme seg dit man vil. Passende sted for en helg.
− Bygget er ikke særlig lydtett. Fra vårt rom, som var vendt mot bilveien, kunne man enkelt høre trafikken. Dette skapte utfordringer, særlig om natten.
