10.0We booked this property on booking.com, and because I have three kids, the booking.com platform said I was over capacity and indicated I had to rent two separate units. When the reservation went through, the team at the property noticed that I had booked two units for 5 people and called to let me know that we could easily fit into one unit. They even refunded the second unit! Suburb service, in my opinion. I also loved having a washer and dryer mid-vacation. Definitely recommend!

8.0Location was wonderful. Apartment was clean and spacious. Staff were lovely - allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated. Appreciated being able to stay for one night over a long weekend.
− The spa was freezing cold - half the reason we booked here was for the spa facilities - it is the same temp as the pool. Beds werent the most comfortable. For the nightly cost, Netflix etc may be something to look into. Sky channels have one childs channel.
