Placeringen var tæt på Interlaken West og lå ikke i alt turist-larmen og det lå stadig tæt på Interlaken Ost.

Convenient location near the train station and market, right in the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite

− Summers here are quite hot due to the lack of air conditioning; although the room has a desk fan, it would be more comfortable to have a pedestal fan as well.

Good location, close to train station, in pleasant neighborhood, nice rooms, quiet, good breakfast, helpful staff, mountain view from a window, elevator.... Good experience.

− Pretty unusual for 3-star hotel is lack of a/c and steps only at the entrance (no access for heavy suitcases/disabled). However, they provide a fan and help with heavy stuff, so it is about OK. Front desk is open until 9 pm. The price is pretty high, I suppose they could include breakfast at such a price. Although it is a high season, and "swiss" price in a popular location, so it looks "either accept or do not" )))) The hotel is very good and charming overall.

Very nice stay - close to everything - but away from the crowds

Very nice hotel at Interlaken. Close to everything but still away from all the noise and bustle. Staff was very helpful and flexible to our needs. We especially loved the open patio / balcony which came with one of our rooms. Our family spend a lot of time out there - lot of memories. The hotel has a lot of small memorabilia (old clocks etc.) which we found very interesting.

Lovely and restful week in Interlaken

This is a true gem in Interlaken. About a 7 minute walk to Interlaken West Bahnhof and BLS Schiffs towards Thun, it’s located in a tranquil residential neighborhood with beautiful mountain scenery and breezes. This is a perfect location to head to any of the Bernese Oberland or even Jungfraujoch. It’s also very close to several supermarkets, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is tastefully appointed with comfortable leather armchairs and tables in two sitting rooms, one with a large screen tv and another with a bar (though I didn’t see it tended). The restaurant serves a continental breakfast with something for all tastes and needs. Hardboiled and scrambled eggs, baked beans, sautéed mushrooms, bacon. Assorted breads and croissants, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, jams and spreads, charcuterie and local cheeses, fresh fruit salad plus viennoiseries ensure a sufficient array of choice that one can never be bored. The hotel is family run and every one you encounter is multilingual, super helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely with lots of shelves and cabinet space for clothes. The beds are very comfortable: not too firm or too soft and it’s the first time I actually liked the pillows in a hotel! A surprise bonus was a coin operated washing machine and dryer. The hotel lives up to its name. It truly was a peaceful place to rest during my week in Interlaken. I will definitely stay here again.
