8.0Easy access from the freeway
− When I was billed and a receipt was sent - The total bill did not reflect a pet fee that I had to pay at the hotel check in of 50.00 plus a pet fee of 15.00 that was supposed to be refundable, Very disappointed as I paid 146.00 plus another 50.00 plus 15.00, If the 50.00 charge was due to Booking.com as a third Party (I will not ever use Booking.com again).
Great night sleep on a long road trip. Plan to stay again on our return home.

Staff was unprofessional, not concerned about paying guests. Room was excellent.

− The staff partying and having a fireworks show in the parking lot until 12am. The staff not taking paying guests into consideration. The staff not being helpful or listening to guests concerns. No manager on duty. Fireworks debris all over my vehicle. No response from local Hampton Inn management.
Great location and very clean! Check in staff could be given a tutorial on social skills.
8.0Great location with lots of eating establishments close by. Very clean and the breakfast had lots of options.
− The check in staff was not friendly at all. He gave no information when handing my key. I had to ask key questions to get any answers. I booked for one price and the price at check in was $15. I wanted to ask him about it but he was rude so I didn’t bother.
