5.0It was comfortably better priced then most I just get uneasy being on a below street level room the area was quiet. I noticed out the window someone sleeping in the back parking lot in a truck. Over all a good experience

Great staff worker horrible management to not follow up with a refund for rooms we never used.
1.0We booked this hotel for the pool for our kids while traveling. The pool was closed in the middle of summer and we could not get into our rooms so we decided to move hotels.
− The fact we never went into our room because they couldn't get the doors open and they still have no refunded us almost 2 months later.
