− The elevator was not clean and had a smell to it The hall smelled as well Our room had a little bit of smell to it but I was able to turn on the fan and it disappeared fairly easily

− There was cleaning residue on sink top in the bathroom The woman who checked us in did our whole reservation wrong. Room was to be charged to the company I work for and to cancel my booking.com reservation. She said no problem she could do that so I wouldn’t be charged. She did not do this and charged my credit card. Never got a hold of me to tell me it couldn’t be done. I don’t know if it couldn’t be done or she just didn’t do it. Either way, worst customer service at a front desk ever. Also on Saturday when I checked out there was no manager in the hotel until 3 pm. How do you run a business like this. Worst experience at a Holiday Inn ever. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone

7.0− I don’t love the cool tone light bulbs they use. I like the warm ones better. The building is beginning to look a bit worn.
