10.0建物は年季が入っているのを感じるが、清潔感があってとても良かった。温泉もとても良かった。つるつるになった。大きなチェーンのビジネスホテルにはない温かみを感じられて、別府に来た時はまた利用したいと思った。

9.0源泉掛け流し温泉で、ロケーションも良く、スタッフの方々はとても親しみが持てて、相談し易かった。そして、連泊してもお値段お得。
− クローゼットが無かったが、壁にハンガー掛けが複数あった。スーツケースを広げる台？があるといいなと感じた。

10.06/20早上退房時，我因故必須取消後面的行程趕回台灣，租車得臨時改在福岡機場還車，在飯店大廳連絡租車公司還車時，因租車公司人員英文沒有很好，而我們又不會日文，而這時飯店櫃檯正好有一位會中文及日文的董小姐，請她幫我們跟租車公司連繫還車的事宜，讓我可以臨時改在福岡機場還車，真的非常感謝她的協助。

8.0滞在中いつでも温泉に入れる。朝食も美味しく、設備は新しくないが掃除も行き届いて部屋も清潔でだった。至る所に、手書きの案内などあり、温かみのあるホテルでした
