10.0Efficient, friendly staff and the hostess Donna couldnt help us enough,very nice lady,let us know where we could eat and drink. Very comfortable beds and the room was clean and immaculate.Complimentary continental breakfast which was unexpected but much appreciated., Great location for visiting Anfield and approx a 20min walk,but plenty of bars en route. Will definitely stay again when we are next up,100% recommend.

LFC trip
10.0Fantastic stay. Was greeted outside by staff who were super friendly. We got complimentary continental breakfast in the lovely dining room and a free room upgrade too!!! Parking was free and LFC games room in the basement was fab. I took my 17 year old son to the Liverpool game and it was perfect , only 20 mins walk . I will definitely use this guest house whenever I stay over for a game ⚽❤️ The staff are the main selling point though ❤️So welcoming and friendly .

10.0A fantastic stay! The location was ideal not too far from the city centre making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and their exceptional service made me feel right at home. I was also delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, I had a great experience and honestly can't find a single fault with my stay. I would highly recommend it!
