Luxurious Hotel , Great Staff and Good Location
9.0Fantastic rooms , very luxurious and and impeccably well done with the design and architecture in the rooms and the hotel. Amazing SPA facilities with a nice pool and amazing wet facilities. All the housekeeping and resturant staff at breakfast are all excellent and were very attentive to our needs at all times. We were well taken care of all the time. The bathroom is beautifully designed and the bath salts were a nice touch! I will definitely stay here again.
− The staff at reception can be a little more friendly and courteous during check-in and check-out I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton around the world and it's the first time I saw the check-in and check out process was not a pleasant one. I specifically instructed the check-in staff that I would like the deposit hold amount to be on a specific credit card and then during checkout I would like to use another credit card to make the actual payment and then I had decided to extend my stay for another day and the receptionist closed the booking and settled the bill with the card that was used as the hold card. I find it very inconvenient that everytime you leave the hotel and come back in you need to pass through a metal detector and have to keep x-raying your belongings. The toiletries can be improved for the standard of Ritz Carlton.
