4.0The location was great. The room was not swept/vacuumed or mopped and there was urine in the toilet. The room was well overdue for paint and caulk . Not sure if the bed linens were fresh (probably not). There were blood droplets on the floor near the bathroom. Definitely not worth the price. Check in was also difficult. This is our first negative experience through booking over many years. Suntan Terrace nearby where we stayed in June makes this place look like motel 6.

Overall, it was a nice overnight getaway.
8.0Love Casey Key and Nokomis Beach. The property was on the beach side, a plus. The bed was comfortable.
− The ceiling fan didn’t work. There was water on the floor outside of the bathroom when I arrived. Also, the water in the shower didn’t drain well. No space in the bathroom to put your things.

9.0Beautiful, cozy, steps to the beach! It was very peaceful.
− Check in was a little confusing but got through that with good customer service from the main hotel. More information about where to park would have been helpful. I had to move my vehicle because you park in the spot that is your room number and I didn’t know that. Plus the parking spot for room 9 isn’t marked so I was kinda upset about how the maintenance person made me feel when he was telling me to move my jeep. But past that, the place is awesome! I would totally stay again!
