Great location but not a great value.

− The photos are deceiving. This building is NOT on the corner The building shown is across the street. The real hotel is much smaller and one building in from the corner. Rooms either face Broome or the courtyard. The rooms overlooking the courtyard have a walkway in front of them so people walking by can see in so you have to keep the curtain down on the only window. Also they have now opened a restaurant in the courtyard. Luckily it seems to quiet around 10 pm. The breakfast is Very Light. No eggs or hot food. Expresso is available, however

− Entrada com escada para acesso, ninguem ajuda com a mala, por sorte a mulher da recepção nos ajudou. A noite nao tem ninguem na recepcao, voce precisa entrar com sua propria chave no predio. Poucos apartamentos, cama pequena. Nao vale o preco.

I am in NYC wrong weekend - snowstorm and so "stuck" in room for 1 day.
