Great last minute find
10.0We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel for myself, my husband, our daughter and two granddaughters. We were planning to spend the night before going to Niagara Falls the following day. The prices in the area seemed quite expensive. I initially booked a hotel in Tonawanda, but after reading the reviews canceled it. We got two rooms at this Hampton Inn location. We were welcomed by two lovely women, Irene and a second woman whose name I did not get. They were very kind and made sure that we were directly across the hall from each other and that our rooms were ready. They also assisted us with finding a restaurant. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The entire facility was very clean. There was a nice indoor pool, which the children enjoyed. The breakfast on Sunday morning was hosted by Carl. He was extremely efficient and very pleasant. It’s worth going back just to see his smiling face first thing in the morning.
The hotel met our needs for transitioning from vacation to returning to our home.

− Airport noise (expected just louder than I anticipated), TV system very difficult to navigate, grid not correctly working, just had to scroll up & down & guess, lot of sound transmission between floors.
