6.0Our experience started off on the wrong foot with a slow check-in process and no acknowledgment from the receptionist, which made us feel unwelcome. The hallway and room were noticeably warm—perhaps cozy in winter, but uncomfortable in a tropical climate like this. After settling into the room, we waited 30 minutes for our luggage to arrive, only to end up calling reception ourselves. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and poor climate control made for a less-than-pleasant start to our stay.
