Loved this place! Quiet. CLEAN. Barbara was so sweet and answered any questions quickly. The room was decorated with a beach theme. Walk to beach from room in about one minute. Pool area very nice. Full kitchen. Shower kinda small, but ok. Just need to have more towels and washcloths. Only one for 3 days. Needs at least two.

I cannot say enough about our stay at Blue Waters. The location is perfect, steps from an uncrowded, beautiful beach to watch spectaculer sunsets. Just a half a mile away begins a string of great restaurants, and fun places to visit. Nearby Corey Avenue had a ton of places to shop the afternoon away. The owners were very accomodating and made sure we were settled and happy. We stayed in #7; a two bedroom, two bath cottage. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were very very comfy. We will definitey be recommending this gem and can't wait for a return visit.

Rooms are not clean and have roach bugs. Pool water is mucky and not well kept! They have 30 cameras watching your every move and will send you emails at night that lets you know you’re being watched! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this motel so called resort!

Very nice low key spot - would be good for groups

The property was very clean and safe, parking was easy and very convenient, beach access super close. The setup of the property was very nice. We stayed in a 2BR 2Bath unit (#7-only individual unit with 2 of each). Other individual units are 2BR 1Bath, and there are also efficiency units. The individual units have both front and common area entrances. All units are around very nice common areas with pool, seating with umbrellas, and bbq stations (charcoal). Chairs for beach were available, but were probably left by previous guests, not necessarily provided by property. The in-suite bathroom in this unit was tiny, so just a heads up to anyone above average size. The main bathroom was more spacious but both showers were confining. The beds were extremely comfortable, quality linens, and the entire unit was very clean. Check-in was easy, however, we did not get the needed code until just a few days ahead of time, made us a bit nervous. One problem, which initially didn't seem that bad, was a real inconvenience by the end of the week - the TV in the common living room would not work. The bedroom TVs worked fine. During the week there were several sporting events we wanted to watch, and sitting 4 on a bed wasn't going to get it. I was very disappointed that after several texts and calls no one attempted to make contact with me to fix this issue. Luckily it wasn't a more serious issue that they blew off.

Good: We loved the easy access to the beach. It would be a good property for families, and a good property for a group trip in that the individual units are all situated around a common area which has lots of seating and a couple of grilling areas. Not-so-good: We made several contacts with management because the tv in the living room didn't work and were completely ignored. Also, the showers in both bathrooms are very small and the bathroom off of the bedroom wouldn't have worked if we were bigger people or had mobility issues-extremely cramped.

The property was small which was nice..great access to the beach and boardwalk..close to Clearwater and St. Pete..pool was nice.and the studio was great..had a full kitchen, and also had a laundry area..my only complaint was no one was on the property to get clean towels..you had to call, text or leave a voice mail..which was always full...we could never reach anyone and was there 9 days...did laundry a few times.
