Einmaliger technischer Ausfall – absolut mangelhaftes Krisenmanagement
4.0Lage und Aussicht waren sehr schön. Es gibt einen frei rumlaufenden, älteren Hund der jeden Gast morgens begrüßt hat und tagsüber nach den Gästen geschaut hat. Bester Mitarbeiter im Resort :)
− Wir mussten in diesem Hotel leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung machen. Bei Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad kam es zu einem gleichzeitigen Strom- und Wasserausfall. Auch wenn dies ein einmaliges Ereignis war, hat das Management in dieser Situation völlig versagt. Vom Personal gab es keinerlei proaktive Information oder Unterstützung. Wir waren gezwungen, selbst Wasser im Supermarkt zu kaufen, um uns provisorisch zu duschen. Als das Wasser nachts wieder lief, kam nur eine braune Brühe aus den Leitungen – somit war auch am nächsten Morgen kein Duschen möglich. Bei der anschließenden Beschwerde zeigte sich das Management absolut uneinsichtig. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung auf Augenhöhe noch irgendeine Form von Entschädigung für diese unzumutbaren Zustände. Fazit: Technische Probleme können vorkommen, aber wie das Management hier mit den Gästen umgegangen ist, ist unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Keine Empfehlung.
