10.0Quarto excelente, bem grande, banheiro imenso, hidro top, principalmente pra ficar de molho na agua quente, após um dia na agua fria do mar. Funcionários muito educados, e cafe da manhã sempre um banquete, com direito a comer um beiju (tapioca) com recheio à escolha.
Voltamos antes do previsto.
5.0Infelizmente, os lençóis estavam sujos de cocô de mosquito e havia muitas formigas por todo espaço, inclusive, nas camas.

10.0Tivemos uma experiência muito positiva com a pousada. Havíamos reservado um quarto com banheira, mas, antes mesmo do nosso check-in, a equipe identificou um problema na acomodação e prontamente providenciou nossa hospedagem em outro hotel, o Resende Imperial. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a forma como a situação foi resolvida. A equipe foi extremamente proativa, atenciosa e demonstrou preocupação com o nosso bem-estar. Além disso, o quarto do novo hotel era excelente e até melhor do que o que havíamos reservado inicialmente. Agradecemos muito pelo cuidado e pela agilidade na solução!

8.0Localização Simpatia dos funcionários
− - No caso do quarto em que ficamos destacamos: Próximo a área comum e é impactado pelo barulho. (Devemos considerar que era um dia chuvoso.) O pior da nossa avaliação é as condições das portas e janelas que apresentavam muito mofo e precisam de uma raspagem e pintura urgente. Esta situação faz aflorar rinites e prejudicam o conforto.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required.
