Felt very welcomed with the friendly staff. Room was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was delicious!

Overall, nice, clean hotel in a great location. However, the service was lacking somewhat.

− Asked for pillows for the pull out sleeper and was told there weren’t any pillows. Asked for toilet paper for 3 people staying 3 nights and got one roll. Asked for more towels the second day and got only 1 more!
We usually always look for a Hampton inn anywhere we go. The breakfast is really good.

10.0Everything was really nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good as well. We always stay here when visiting family in Chattanooga. We love it that it's also so close to the Hamilton Mall and near the interstate. Love this hotel.
