Overall experience was fine
7.0Appeared recently renovated. Outdoor pool and large patio with grilling area were nice (tho could use more shade). Fitness room was modern and had outdoor views. Standard hot and cold breakfast included. Small area with some beverages and snacks for sale. Some businesses in walking distance including donut shop next door and (chain) restaurants with bar out front. Full size fridge along with cupboards, sink, dishwasher, cooktop and dining table. Comfortable bed. Good AC as outdoors was very hot. Plenty of closet space. Convenient parking. Seemed centrally located in the town.
− We had reserved their 2 bedroom suite over a month prior which we needed for our family setup, but we received an email 2 days prior to arrival stating they we over booked and we would be reassigned 2 studio suites at a discounted price. There was a big event in town so it was too late by then to find other similar arrangements, and it was disappointing as it resulted in one person staying in a room by themself. Upon calling hotel and contacting booking, it appeared nothing could be done to get us the room we had confirmed. In addition, the neighbors upstairs were quite noisy very late for 2 of the 3 nights which affected our quality of sleep.
