Great stay
10.0Great location, room was spacious and pretty clean. There was little bit of dustbin some areas but nothing major. Overall very good, a/c was cold and beds very comfortable. Service at front desk was top notch.

2.0They us key cards that didn’t work to a room that people were in. We went to desk and they said they were working on it for 45 min and were very dismissive and ignored us. They were fully booked allegedly.

4.0Stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. We were taking a Virgin cruise & it sails from the Panamerican port -- not downtown. It's about 20 - 25 minutes via Uber. There's really nothing around this hotel other than the Casino next door. Staff is friendly; that's the most positive thing I can say about my stay. The room (514) was very dark -- not enough lights. No outlets readily accessible for the desk area. No usb connections. They keep the hotel very cold. After room was serviced, the room temp was reset to 65f. Breakfast was free but nothing to shout about; mediocre at best. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness questionable. Would not stay here again. Only stayed as it was cheap on points (8K per night).

10.0Exceptional customer service, especially clean rooms and common areas, above average complimentary breakfast. The check in agent offered places of interest and dining possabilites.

10.0Happy place = morning before boarding very first Grand Princess cruise + hotel free breakfast buffet + outdoor seating area solo + actual hot sunshine (not northern cold sun with 7° temperatures‼️) 🥰 Hyatt Place Bayamon - highly recommend 👍🏽— at Hyatt Place Bayamón.

2.0this is not really Hyatt—it's not good and very expensive, limited and same breakfast and not many options to chose from, not even simple items like muffins or pastries, just eggs and frozen pancakes.
