10.0The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I stayed in the independent Doctor Villa unlike a series of hotel rooms, which was well-maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Although the resort is a bit far from Cochin Airport, its unique location between the serene backwaters and the beautiful Cherai Beach makes it truly special. The traditional Kerala-style architecture is stunning and adds an authentic charm to the property. The swimming pool and lush gardens are spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. The overall ambiance was peaceful, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway.
− The resort has an in-house restaurant, which is convenient for guests. However, despite the authentic Kerala-style ambiance of the property, I felt the food lacked the traditional South Indian flavors I was expecting. The dinner menu also had limited options, which made the dining experience less satisfying.
