− The rooms are old and may require rigorous deep cleaning and upkeep for wear and tear

1.0Nothing in particular except the staff tried to show up by welcoming guests with a "Tilak" and a welcome drink.
− The resort is a filthy congested place , bad stinky rooms, approach to resort is pathetic. The road is non metalled, bumpy and dusty. Rooms are congested with moisture smell, mixed with mould and cheap room freshener. Common area had a sort of people making a hell of noise. The very purpose of a peaceful escape one seeks in a riverside resort is wasted. We immediately escaped from sort of hell. Overall the so called resort is not worth the steep price. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. Don't judge by photos which are misleading and taken from a favourable angle.
