disappointing compared with how it used to be
3.0rubbish breakfast, the former upstairs full breakfast buffet was changed to an inferior lobby breakfast which was v poor

Don’t stay there
2.0Plenty of parking for cars in underground garage, and never short of spaces, drink machine was good in lounge.
− When I first arrived there were stains on my mattress, and the hotel room looked worn, it was also extremely hot in my room. I then asked reception and changed rooms to another room which was a bit better and more cleaner. The whole air conditioning system is rubbish, it hardly blows cold air into the room and there is hardly any working in the hotel. The snacks and biscuits in the lobby were disgusting to say the least. The outdoor seating area was dirty and the hotel just appeared really worn, not like the photos. Also the hotel staff were just rude hardly acknowledging guests, not saying hello at all. They had the vibe of, I just can’t be bothered. Having to speak first to them and even then it was forced. The Ukrainian- Israeli girl was extremely helpful and a credit to your hotel as she was the only who greeted me and went out of her way to help me. Even the cleaning staff were pretty useless like in the room they we’re forgetting to replace soaps some day. I feel really ripped of staying at this hotel and wished I never booked it as it was crap. I mean it’s ment to be a business hotel, more like a homeless shelter.
