10.0Lovely warm and friendly bed and breakfast. Fridge in your room with water inside. Hairdryer and straightners provided in your room. On the landing iron and ironing board. Also tea bags,coffee sugar,milk bottled water,to refill your room if you run out. Shampoo,conditioner,body wash provided. Great location. everything within walking distance. Room was spacious, clean . Bed comfortable. Didn't hear any noise on the nightime. Car Park next to hotel. Loved our stay at the eastleigh. Will stay here again next time we are in skegness. Very reasonable price. Loved it thank you.

10.0Spotless lovely room, as soon as we went in the front door we knew it would be very clean. Very nice room only criticism was it was 2 floors up, it was my own fault should of asked for a ground floor room as I suffer with a serious back problem

− Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the views are amazing from the top. If you get room 8 you can see everything
