6.0Good location, decent sized rooms. Nice gardens. Friendly staff.
− Run down rooms, gaps and holes for mosquitos to get in. Very noisy. Can hear guests next to you clearly. Gym was barely functional with broken equipment.

9.0− The food was not as good as last year. The breakfast a-la-carte was not great. A lot cold when served and not toasted bread. Shakshuka eggs had no sauce for example. The property/rooms probably need some maintenance. AUD260 per night is expensive compared to some other properties.

− Needs maintenance. Decking round pools is not great, room safe not secured- can be simply carried out of room. Never enough clean pool towels available

6.0Situation direct sur la plage et à proximité immédiate de la zone touristique et de la mangrove. Prise en charge et organisation du bateau pour venir depuis sanur et dépose directement sur la plage de l'hôtel. Personnel trés accueillant et à l'écoute.
− Manque d'entretien global de l'hôtel avec des traces marquées d'usure que ce soit dans les parties communes comme dans les bungalows ce qui donne une impression d'hotel de second rang. on ne s'attend pas à cela. Les matelas de plage sont sales, la terrasse en bois de la pisine est plus qu'usée, peut être même dangereux pour les pieds.
We wouldn’t return to stay at this property again. Our overall stay here was very disappointing.
3.0− We had booked a grand deluxe room however there was nothing deluxe about our room. It was far from the beach front in a different building right on the busy street front. Our water stopped working two times we had mould in the shower and our overall stay was very disappointing.
