I’d probably stay somewhere else next time
7.0Close to where we needed to be
− For 2 consecutive nights we had some drunk black guy pound on our door after 1am. Tried to call the desk but no response. There’s nobody at the front desk after 11pm. Very few luggage carts. Water pressure was horrible!
It was ok for one night

− No orange juice , well no juices at all for breakfast, 1 kleenex in the box in the room , room really run down , torn furniture, paid for late checkout and they kept calling between 11 and 1 to see if I was gonna checkout
Good location but disappointing hotel.
4.0I’m sorry to have to post this review as we generally are quite happy with Hampton Inn properties. We arrived at our room to find the bed not professionally made and tucked, the vinyl covered bench was well worn with tears in the fabric, but our initial problem was that we were assigned a 3rd floor room and there were no luggage carts! The front desk lady was very understanding and gave us a no hassle refund.
