i like th staff and neatness of the place

− well not much to say but internet connect is bit issue and i would suggest to add microwave inthe rooms as all other properties do

The room was spacious, and they did their best to accommodate my request by assigning what they believed to be their quietest room

− I only stayed for one night out of my original three-night booking. Since I am sensitive to noise, I clearly stated my request for a quiet room at the time of booking, and the hotel assigned what they claimed was their quietest available room. Shockingly, I was woken up at 4 a.m. by steady, sharp noises, and I could not figure out where the sound was coming from. I spoke to the front desk the next morning, who explained that the noise came from the elevator operation and that every room on the property was affected with no way to avoid it. I asked to check out immediately, but they told me I had to arrange my early checkout through the booking platform directly. I found this unusual, as I had always assumed checkout is processed on-site at the hotel, not via a third-party booking site. After lengthy back-and-forth negotiations, they finally allowed me to check out before 11 a.m. I did receive a full refund from the booking platform in the end, but the whole experience highlighted their unprofessional service. A properly trained team should have sorted out my early checkout on the spot instead of making me go through tedious negotiations.
