Amazing staff and facilities
10.0Staff were incredible! We are so grateful for the exceptional standard of service and support that all the staff gave during our stay. The staff made an incredible effort to help with speaking English, we did not expect this from them and were pleasantly surprised. The front desk extended our rental car booking for us over the phone, something we could not do due to the language barrier. Priceless sunset photos during dinner. Thank you Cypress Resort, we will be back if we can get there in the coming years.

8.0Location was excellent, but the beach was pretty dirty and run down with lots of garbage all over. Pool was great, and the kids really enjoyed it.
− beach was littered with garbage, if the beach was raked it would have made the beach much cleaner and nicer looking.
