10.0Absolutely amazing place. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Amazing experience. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time right in the center of La Fortuna.

4.0The service at check-in was friendly, but the place was not as advertised. They were doing renovations so the pool was not open, nor was the bar and the courtyard was a mess. I was not informed about this upon booking nor upon check-in, very disappointing. Also, the beds came with one thin sheet, that's it.

10.0I enjoyed staying here and would defiantly stay again. However the walls are paper thin. I had to bang on the wall and knock on the door to the people next door multiple times.

4.0We was greeted to the room by a roach(killed it). They would not provide a blanket, hand towels or wash cloths for the room. Pool music was very loud, nightly to10 or 11pm. Very old rooms.
