1.0Never was able to check in
− I booked the hotel as my previous one got canceled. It was 23:30, I tried calling them but they never picked up. I went there and it was closed. They reached out about an hour later when I’ve already found a different place to stay. Instead of cancelling the booking, they actually charged the money, even though I couldn’t check in because of them. Bad experience.
