ホテルの目の前に広がる海です。とてもきれいで景色も良く、遠浅なので子どもが遊ぶのにも最適でした。ヤドカリやカニなど海の生きものもたくさん見ることができました。子どもたちにとって貴重で楽しい経験になり、そこは本当に良かったと思います。

− 今回の宿泊は正直、とても残念でした。 まず、宿泊客は海外（特に中国）の方が非常に多く、時間帯によっては館内や食事会場がかなり混雑していました。 朝食・夕食付きのプランでしたが、ビュッフェは朝晩ともにメニューの変化がほとんどなく、連泊では特に飽きてしまう内容でした。さらに、料理が並んでいるテーブルには小さなアリが何匹も歩いており、衛生面に不安を感じました。 共同トイレも汚れていて、流されていない状態のことがあり、清掃が行き届いているとは思えませんでした。 宿泊前に追加料金などについてホテルへ事前に問い合わせをしましたが、返信はありませんでした。そのまま当日を迎え、現地で追加料金を請求されました。返信がなかったことについての謝罪もなく、とても残念な対応でした。 また、オーナーと思われる体格の大きな男性スタッフの接客も終始無愛想で、歓迎されている感じはありませんでした。 建物は11階までありますが、エレベーターは小さなものが2基しかないため、常に混雑していて待ち時間が長く、低層階なら階段を利用したほうが早いほどでした。 オーシャンビューの部屋を予約しましたが、ベランダの柵が低く、子どもでも簡単によじ登れてしまいそうな構造で、安全面に大きな不安を感じました。そのため、景色を楽しみにしていましたが、ほとんどベランダには出られませんでした。 楽しみにしていた旅行だっただけに、サービス・衛生面・安全面ともに期待を大きく下回り、残念な宿泊となりました。改善されることを期待します。
