Had a nice stay here and the food was great and a nice bar area

− We had a large fan/ aircon unit outside near our window which was abit noisy
Could not be faulted anywhere

− Didn't know about the renovations going on . But didn't interfere with our stay.
It was a great place to stay, and we would do it again if we are ever traveling to Belfast from USA!
9.0The room was immaculate and so comfortable! The staff was very kind and helped my parents carry their luggage to and from the car and room.
− The only thing that wasn't preferred was when booking online, it didn't book breakfast included, so we were having to pay for the breakfast, and at the breakfast we had to get our own drinks and it was a little pricey. Otherwise it was a great experience, and we would stay there again!
Not the best stay we've had here

− We found some of the staff were very miserable especially on the front desk and in the restaurant which our last morning we sat for 15 mins before anybody came near us to offer a menu then we had to ask for tea and coffee while serving irish guests who came in after us.
