Extremely disappointing stay – we left after the first night
1.0Unfortunately, our experience at Residenza Sistina was extremely disappointing. The accommodation was not what we expected based on the listing and photos, and we felt very uncomfortable with the overall standard of the property.
− The facilities were disappointing and the whole experience felt very different from what we believed we had booked. Even something as basic as being able to charge our phones became an issue, and we were not provided with a suitable solution. After travelling to Rome and looking forward to our holiday, starting the trip like this was incredibly frustrating.
