For the rate they charged, it was poor show all together. The restaurant stands out, but room management sucks. Shaby rooms, kettle not working, AC froze me, Dripping water from shower, was mine and other team members experience. The fans > realize are put because they know ACs are a problem. Hablis guys, we came because we heard good about you, but sorry you need to reinvent.

Poor service, hotel in need of renovation

The room was ok, although the bathroom could do with some renovation. We had dinner there and were disappointed by the quality of the food but also by the service. The waitress never told us menus were only by QR code and we were sitting there waiting for menu cards for a long time. She only told us when she came to take our order...

I will be the ambassador to my Country Tanzania - Zanzibar to introduce the Hablis Hotel and I'll come again in another

The location, atmosphere is very condusive Rooms are very alean and all facility needed are available The food are very taste and very delicious The service is good especially the waiter Ms Rajnandini .

I have expiriance much hospitality to hotel management and its staff, many thanks to manager for good care and undestanding while I have health problem , much thanks to miss Rajnandani also for her care while i took medication for teeth, sha advice me which food I can use and which not, In general I have nothing to say, we experianced good hospitality for room made, restaurant , reception and and whole team. Comfortable Stay with Good Location and Service

Hablis Hotel, Chennai is well located on a main road with easy access to the airport and city areas. The atmosphere is calm and professional, suitable for business stays. Rooms are comfortable and generally clean.The hotel offers fair value for money. Cleanliness is good overall, with minor inconsistencies at times. Noise levels are mostly low inside the rooms despite the busy location. Staff are polite and helpful, and the service is generally satisfactory.

All in all ilwe like the services offere by hablis include good enviroment , good rooms , interna and external services
