10.0Hotel location is perfect walking directly into the old quarter, very friendly staff (English speaking), the room is very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good with various choices for Asian as well as me European.
− A socket for the hot water kettle would be usefully nearby. We had to move it to the separate bedroom to make hot water. That is the only minor thing.

Please note that from 1 September 2016, traffic regulation states that no cars are allowed around Hoan Kiem Lake every Friday evening (from 19:00) to Sunday (00:00 midnight). Kindly contact hotel for assistance and advise arrival time to ensure a smooth arrangement. The hotel's staff will assist you with transferring of luggage.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
