− I wish there was a porter to help with bags or even just take you ro your room instead of the receptionist just pointing you to it. If youre not familiar you could end up going in circles for a bit cos especially the new units have no lables.

− As trabalhadoras na recepção estavam meio confusas quando chegamos. Parece que estavam desnorteadas. Inicialmente queriam colocar-me num quarto que não era o que eu havia escolhido. Depois de alguma insistência, conseguiram arrumar o quarto da qual eu havia escolhido.
