Great hotel , dreadful street location.
8.0The actual suite was excellent . Literally everything you need and more. Lounge with sofa and armchair , coffee table, extensive cable tv offering ( very rare in hotels ) , a dishwasher , fridge , toaster , kettle , microwave….endless list. I had a friend over and we sat and chilled in the lounge with wine chilled for a few hours. My air con didn’t seem to work but after a brief chat with reception it was sorted so room was chilled at 16 degrees.
− The area …..despite being minutes from the Bullring the actual road was shocking. Next door to a Poundland with a broken window. Opposite a massive derelict House if Fraser department store. Further down the biggest Wetherspoons I’ve ever seen with drunks and homeless people sitting on the steps. A man was walking up and down the street screaming …. Dressed for dinner as I stood outside the hotel I was verbally abused and must have been asked first money 3 times. Dreadful street.

10.0Lovely big room, forgot that there would be kitchen facilities - bonus. Plenty of space to put your clothes, etc away in. I didn't realise that there would be a safe in the room - excellent. Very central location. I love Snoopy and was delighted to find that there were 12 Snoopys to find in the city (July to beginning of September). Good breakfast choices. Nice touch with water in a "dispenser" that had slices of orange in it. Would definitely stay here again. Not sure if there are Staybridge suites elsewhere in the country.
− Bed was comfortable but would have liked to also have a slightly thinner pillow. That I forgot to remove the duvet from the cover and just use the cover as it was warm whilst we were there.

10.0I like how clean our room was and well presented. Also the staff were so polite and welcoming and great options on the breakfast. I also like the fact you use your room clean to access the main door and the lift you feel so safe. Its also in a great location definitely will be returning.
− The pillows were really comfy but I find the mattress wasn't too comfy but apart from that everything was high standards.
