4.0The hotel appears to be well on its way to decreptitude. Everything is old, worn, dirty. A very strange layout to the rooms. Seems to be a repurposed building. Way way way past its use-by date.

10.0Extremely kind and friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast menu was small but was sufficient enough to have a meal set option of Chinese or Western food. We got the Love Suite and it was more than enough space for a couple. The room had an amazing Mountain View and a private spa bath overlooking the outside views. Hotel location is fairly close to all the BeiTou attractions. Love the free shuttle service between the hotel and the nearest subway station. Will most definitely book here again!
Great Hotel - Not Big but Big Enough.
10.0Great hotel, friendly and a great location. Room had its own “Hot spring” water Onsen Bath. Free on call transportation to and from the hotel to the town and station. GLBTQ Friendly. Beautiful place in Taiwan for a couples get away. Room stay includes a full good variety buffet breakfast.

10.0Excellent location to explore geothermal hotspring of Beitou. Personal touch from staff makes for exceptional stay for my birthday. Thank you to friendly and helpful staff. Also English speaking staff available which makes for Great first time visitors
